Discovery Call

We start with a phone call to understand your vision, needs, and any initial questions you may have

Site Visit / Initial Meeting

We then schedule a site visit or initial meeting to review the project space, discuss ideas in more detail, and address any site-specific considerations.

Pre-Construction Agreement

After understanding your vision, we prepare a Pre-Construction Agreement. A Pre-Construction Agreement outlines the key details of the project, including design, planning, and pricing. We work closely with you and the design team working through the design phase, moving on to the planning stage, where we finalise the details and structure a transparent pricing breakdown. This is all to ensure your project comes to life and we build your ideas.

Construction Agreement / Contract Execution

Once the design and pricing are finalised, we prepare a fixed-fee contract based on the approved plans. This contract outlines the project scope, timeline, and
the total investment required. After all parties sign the contract, a deposit is paid, and we proceed with obtaining the necessary certifications and documentation
to begin construction.

Construction

We start the construction phase, focusing on adhering to the project plan, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the budget. Attention to detail is key, as we aim to deliver quality results, meeting all expectations while staying on schedule and within financial limits.

Handover

Upon completion, we hand over the finished project to you, ensuring everything is up to standard and that you are fully satisfied with the result. We offer a 3-month defects liability period to address any issues with workmanship or materials. During this time, we’ll fix any defects at no extra cost.
