Our company structure is lean enough to remain competitive on projects with a lower dollar value, while also offering the scalability, capability, and experience to complete larger, higher-dollar value projects. We prioritise building strong, long-term relationships with clients and consultants, focusing on the quality of outcomes rather than simply the value of work.

Kentbuilt aims to be flexible. We don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” mentality. We are open to client input and are never afraid to pivot, working collaboratively with the client to find the best solutions for each project.

I initially chose Kentbuilt as they were genuinely interested in our project and wanted to be part of our journey, they didn't treat us like we were just another job to get on with. Like many projects, there were time delays in the early design phase of the development which were not in the scope of Kentbuilt, however they understood the disposition this put us under as the client and took the pressure upon themselves to get the project completed as quickly as possible.
